dc.description.abstractThe study sought to evaluate The Impact of Employee Benefits on The Employee Productivity at Kenya Tea Packers (KETEPA). The study analyzed past theories related to the topic under the theoretical review that is Expectancy theory. The researcher used descriptive research design since it describes in details all the activities taking place at KETEPA. The findings further indicated that, there is a relationship between productivity and employee benefit.en_US
